The founder of a Muslim-American television station has pleaded not guilty to charges that he beheaded his wife.
Muzzamill"Mo"Hassan,44, is charged with one count of second- degree murder in the Feb.12 death of 37-year old Aasiya Hassan.
The Pakistani- born businessman has been held in custody since shortly after he reported his wife's death. Erie County prosecutor Colleen Gable has said,"there is a strong sense of guilt in this case." She cited, "strong motive." Aasiya Hassan was stabbed multiple times and beheaded less than one week after she had her husband served with divorce papers.
